Terms

Early-access terms.

A short and honest contract while Muna is still being built.

Last updated · 17 May 2026

1. What you’re agreeing to

By submitting your email on this site, you’re joining the Muna early-access waitlist. You’re not buying anything, not creating an account, not entering into a paid contract. These early-access terms cover only the use of the landing site and the waitlist. When the Muna mobile app launches, separate app terms will apply and will be linked from this page.

2. Who runs Muna

The site, the waitlist, and (eventually) the Muna app are operated by Smalausnir ehf., registered in Reykjavik, Iceland. Contact: muna@smalausnir.com.

3. No warranties

The site is provided as-is. We make no guarantees that it will be available without interruption, that the waitlist will result in a product launch, or that any specific feature described will exist in the released app. We may change the product direction, pricing, or scope before launch. We may also choose not to launch at all.

4. Your data

How we handle the data you submit is described in our Privacy Policy. In short: we collect only your email and the language the page was in, we store it with our email provider Resend, we don’t sell it, and you can have it deleted by emailing us.

5. Acceptable use

Don’t submit other people’s email addresses without their permission, don’t try to interfere with the site or its waitlist endpoint, and don’t use the site for anything unlawful. We may block requests or remove waitlist entries that violate this in obvious ways.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Icelandic law, Smalausnir ehf. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of this site. Nothing in these terms limits liability for things that cannot be limited under law — including fraud, gross negligence, or statutory consumer rights.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Iceland. Any dispute that cannot be resolved by talking to us first is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Reykjavik District Court (Héraðsdómur Reykjavíkur).

8. Changes

We may update these early-access terms before launch. The “Last updated” date at the top of the page reflects the current version. Material changes will be noted in any waitlist email we send.
